Owning a house in any island in Maldives is a good option for anyone who plans to
visit atlease once annualy. And if its in proximity to activities one is fond of
like surf breaks, scubadiving points or manta points or simply if one likes
a quiet place, a smaller island with less people is also a good option.
So what happens when its not in use for the rest of the year?
One way is to operate the accomodation as an Airbnb or
have a travel agent sell bookings on your behalf.
The other way is to keep the place as it is for your personal use only.
